Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SUMMARY) These terms cover the coaching, courses and digital content (the "Program") offered by MMB Financial Coaching LLC ("MMB"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our full Terms and Conditions, and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. 1. Education, not advice MMB provides financial education and coaching only. It is not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice and does not replace a licensed professional. Investment, insurance and legal services are provided separately by licensed professionals and may involve separate fees. You must be 18 or older. 2. Plans and billing Silver ($199/month), Elite ($540 every 3 months), Platinum ($2,000/year) and Premier ($11,490/year) renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. The Single Session ($149.99) is a one-time purchase. Founding member rates are locked for life for subscriptions started by December 31, 2026, as long as the membership stays active or is reactivated within 30 days of a lapse. 3. Cancel anytime Cancel online through your account or by emailing cancel@mmbfinancialcoaching.com. Cancelling stops future charges. 4. Refunds Silver and Elite: full refund of a charge if requested within 24 hours of that charge. Platinum and Premier: full refund before the first session of the term; after that, a refund for unused full months. Single Session: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. A $10 processing fee is deducted from refunds, except for our error, a session we did not deliver, a duplicate charge, or where the law requires a full refund. 5. Sessions Reschedule or cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation or no-show forfeits that session. 6. Results Outcomes depend on factors outside MMB's control. No result is guaranteed, and testimonials reflect individual experiences only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. 7. Materials Program materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared or resold. 8. Disputes These terms are governed by South Carolina law. Disputes are first handled through good-faith discussion, then by binding individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Charleston County, South Carolina (or remotely).
